IPB 2.2 will have this feature?

Can I ask if a feature to redirect new members to a pre-made topic created by an admin or moderator, when they logs in for the first time in forum, will be included in IPB 2.2?

all features of 2.2 are frozen now so doubt it'll happen, it wouldn't be too hard to make a mod to do this tho. I might look into it when 2.2 goes final.
