Bug? Posting a new topic reveals a quote of a previous topic?

I just clicked new topic and the below was already here. (a topic I visited previously)

Hi,

I'm possibilly purchasing a laptop and because I'm on a tight budget the laptop I purchase won't be the greatest of specifiactions but I'm worried that everything (e.g.) programs might just make things that require Vista to be run or do you think Windows XP will stay major for a while yet?

that's a feature.

It's the multi quote feature. If you click on the quote button anywhere else on the forum, then click "add reply" or "start new topic" it'll add in the quote you selected from where ever else you were on that forum.

Been a feature for a while now..

you mean it's on purpose that if you click on multiquote somewhere (in multiple topics) that you will quote all those selected in the new topic? hmm could have it's advantages i guess...
