Display name feature

Hi there

I am curious to know if there is any feature, either in IPB or available as a modification, that allows me to change the display name length.

32 characters seems a little too excessive and some new members have decided to take advantage and create display names with all 32 >_<

IPB 2.2 has this feature. :)
