Make Birthday Date Editable

I would like to have the option to be able to edit members' birthdays, either through the ACP or through their profile.

This can be handy when an admin does not want banned members to show in "Today's Birthdays".

Perhaps. What would perhaps though be more useful is to be able to choose which groups birthday's appeared in the today's birthdays list.
