Perpetual = LIFE?

I have a perpetual licence according to my login detail, but my licence key contains the word LIFE. So?

Well, a perpetual license enables you to software updates for life, but you must optionally renew support at $30 annually. That must be what the string meant.

it's just a string, you need to pay if you want continued support/access to beyond. :)
