Add "Print" link on top right of each post

ipb doesn't have the capability to print only one post within a topic as opposed to printing the entire topic. How about adding a PRINT link to the top right (besides post#) of each post to print that post only.

Also, it'd be nice to have more options when printing the topic - print page x, pages x, y, z, .., pages from x-y, :thumbsup:

Adding an "Options" menu to the top right of every post instead of just the first would also be nice.

Enable the users to see the moderation checkbox, and at the bottom have a dropdown that has "print"? That could be very easily implemented with a mod if not accepted :)
