Board Offline - Open / Close Timing

I think it'd be really neat to implement into the board offline feature what was recently added to topics, open / close times.

Specify Board Close Time: MM/DD/YYYY [ ] HH:MM [ ]
Specify Board Open Time: MM/DD/YYYY [ ] HH:MM [ ]
