Log e-mail changes

It would be nice if this feature was implemented, as that would make it easier to deal with account hijackers/hackers.

Hello!

Just wanted to know if IPB staff considers this feature?

In addition, the e-mail change could be made carried out only after the new e-mail address is confirmed, not before, so there would be less problems with mistyped or not-working (or whatever) e-mail addresses when changing them.
