What does it mean?

is it the new 2.1.3 version?

Yes, you'll always have the most updated forum software, but being "encoded" it means that you can't alter the source files. In other words, there are a lot of mods that you won't be able to use.

one more question.

I do have an invision board hosted on a free service. it uses the version 1.3, but modified to fit their service. if I get a back-up of my forum, does Invisionservice convert my board to the new version, even having my board hosted by invision service?

I hope you can understand what I mean. if I buy an invisionboard hosted by invision services, I won't need to worry about installation, but then I would need to "insert" - I don't know the right for it - the back up in the new board - which includes, all the posts, members, etc - will invision free do it for me?. I'm not a computer expert and I would probably have a hard time if I had to do it on my own.

thanks in advance.
