Warn permissions - warn everywhere

Can warn other users? Note, if you enable this moderators will have warn permissions on any users, regardless of forum

This is not true! Firstly, mods with warn permissions cannot even see users' warn levels or reasons on other forums (where they are not mods).

Secondly, mods with warn permissions cannot warn members from their profiles, which can get quite inconveniently at times.

So, could you please adjust the board software so that it mach up what you've written in the explanations?

Thank you!

Actually that's how it's supposed to work. A mini-mod can only warn a user if they have done something in the forum they are mod over. You wouldnt want a mini mod to warn someone who hasnt even posted in their forum, would you?

If these mods are staff moderators, I would suggest applying a Super Moderator permission to these moderators as a secondary group. This way the forum leaders would reflect that they are mods only of certain forums, but they have more powers.
