Small request

Proabably not worth a feature in 3.0.0 but of like 3.0.1 or so. Request: A user can blocks words he doesn't want to see. What I mean is say for forums where some of the users post the "dear {User_name}" crap, and other users didn't want to see that when they read the post; currently they can't right now (I think). That's what I am requesting; to be able to 'block/ban' certain words or prahses that users do not want to see.

One more small thing. The groups and users can chanage the color /things of the CSS them selfs. Say I visted a forum that had a black skin. I didn't like it; and it was the only one it had. (if this was added) I could change the black background to say silver, blue, or another color, and other things. Almost like say giving members acess to the EASY MODE OF CSS in the ACP, but not with ACP access.

So, you're suggesting bad word filters on a per user basis, choosable by the user in the UCP?

I guess. dont' you sort of hate going in to threads where people have posts start with like

dear .John. (or what ever your user name is on that forum). I do. I see no point in it. Posts aren't letters (are they?) still need more infomation?

I see some sense in a per-user word filter but where does it all end? Just because you don't like the way somebody uses the language you filter parts of their vocabulary out?

Let's use your original post as an example. I have a bunch of filtered words set up and, as a result, I see this:

Proabably not worth a * in 3.0.0 but of like 3.0.1 or so. *: A * can * words he doesn't want to see. What I mean is say for forums where some of the * post the "dear *" *, and other * didn't want to see that when they read the post; currently they can't right now (I think). That's what I am *ing; to be able to '*/ban' certain words or prahses that * do not want to see.

Kind of makes things hard to understand doesn't it?
