I was using IBF sine 2002 , in that time IBf is a fastest , most secure php forum . But after upgrade and upgrade , IBF now become a slowest forum ( slower than VBP , phpBB for sure ) It look like your guys add too much option ( that acttually i dont need ) and now IBF become a big fat old man ! :(

Yes , IPB team "invent" so many new function that i dont need . all i need is a fast and easy to use forum . But they put tons of things to their forum software . My members is complain about they can't post new topic or use full reply just because it take too long to load those pages so they think it was broken .
And even in this forum . It take about 6-7 seconds to load a reply or new topic pages +_+

I just posted a reply on your forum, it's instant, same with making a topic.

I had some problems on my forum after upgrading. At first it was just fine, but then I started getting hit by a few search spiders non stop (still havent stopped) and took my forum down to a crawl. After installing APC, it started going fast again, even with the presence of the search spiders. And they are still there! (actually a good thing though).

If you have any speed problems I HIGHLY recommend using this. If you have a dedicated server its pretty simple to install (Im a linux n00b and I got it). If you are on shared hosting, I would ask your host to install it on the server you're on. Many nice hosts might do it.
