Invision Community 4: SEO, prepare for v5 and dormant account notifications By Matt November 11, 2024
xnorf Posted January 28, 2005 Posted January 28, 2005 Is it possible that ed2k-Links don't get the http://-prefix?
.Jack Posted January 28, 2005 Posted January 28, 2005 that would suck because then people would be complaining about not having exeem-links, and all the other ones out there!
Pycckuu Posted March 9, 2007 Posted March 9, 2007 Yeah. But seriously how to get rid of http:// when posting a ed2k link? ^_^
Jaggi Posted March 9, 2007 Posted March 9, 2007 its quite easy to do with a custom bbcode, theres a post i've seen about it on invisionize and not sure if its updated for 2.2 but there a mod for it on 2.1 which you could update.
.John. Posted March 9, 2007 Posted March 9, 2007 There is a pre-made modification for this on Invisionize and possibly IPSBeyond as well. I haven't had good luck with it for IPB 2.2, but it was okay for previous versions :)
cinek Posted March 25, 2007 Posted March 25, 2007 there are 2 mods for ed2k links available at invisionize
