I couldnt find anything interesting in htaccess. renamed htaccess but its still same 😞 I use self signed ssl on my vps. Also use cloudflare (in dev mode). It seems ssl is doing fine since I have no problem in upgrade process.

Hello, I movd my forum to a new server and updated config etc however site or admin panel doesnt load. They are in infinete redirects I downloaded latest version, upladed via ftp and run upgrade successfully, but even after upgrade when I hit home page or admin panle urs its in infinete redirects and doesnt open pages. What would you suggest?

On recovery mode it didn't allow to make any changes. I couldnt disable apps etc it said you dont have permission to do that. I rolled backt to php 7.4 and disabled plugins one by one and switched back to php8 each time. It was time consuming but It helped me to fix to problem. Im root admin but interestingly recovery mode didnt allow me to do anything in admin panel. So didnt help me much other than proofing a plugin is causing the problem.

Thank you for your help. I'm able to login now but I cant do anything in the admin panel. It keeps saying You dont have permission for that. Remove recovery mode.

It's currently 4.7 but when I switch to php 8 to upgrade it goes blank. All green checked and ipb version is 4.7. Couldnt detect any problems. Is there a safe mode I can activate. I suspect if a plugin doenst work with ipb 8 and causing the problem. Because there is another ipb installed with php8 on the same server. I can try that but I'm affraid if I can stuck with a blank page after replacing files etc from ftp

Hello, I want to upgrede to latest version however when I select php8 or above from my hosting I cant access forum or admin panel. It gives only balnk pages. How can I fix that? I have another forum I succesfully upgrade with php8 on the same server but this installation gives me a problem.
