  1. I sent a message to support. I don't think you solution applies to me. Jason
  2. Ummm...I have a cloud account. Does this manual process apply to that too? Will it wipe all my settings and stuff? I can't afford to start over. I'm not very technical and bad at this kind of stuff. Jason
  3. It says this... The it goes to do it and then I get this... Jason I also see this. I don't know what this means. Jason
  4. Hello Invision, I cannot apply the latest update. It keeps failing and referencing some kind of issue, but I see no clear issue. I'm stuck. Please help. I don't have any fancy apps or anything attached to my community. Maybe I took too long to apply the update? Thanks in advance. Jason
  5. Well I was somehow able to re-run the upgrade and it's fixed. Jason
  6. Help Invision, My forum got screwed up by an upgrade. I get this message. I can't get into my Admin area to re-do it. Help. Why am I so lost on how to do this? Jason
  7.    Clover13 reacted to a post in a topic: Hiding and Managing Blocks?
  8. Thanks Clover! Jason
  9. Hello again Invision Team, So for some reason on some of my threads have blocks above and to the right. I have no idea how they got there and I don't want to see them. It appears I can add block by using the pop out panel in the left as an Admin, but I can't seem to remove the blocks that were mysteriously added. How do I remove them or manage them? Makes no sense. Thanks in advance! Jason
  10. Ah there it is thank you! Help search in the AdminCP is kinda lame. Jason
  11. Hello Invision, I have members complaining that they want more than the default amount of reactions per day. I can't seem to find this setting anywhere to increase it. Is it even possible? Search turns up nothing. Thanks in advance! Jason
  12. Just a suggestion, but it might be easier for Invision to use or invest in AI to simply scan posts of new users for bullfaeces spam content and then auto-ban or suspend the account if detected. If they can use AI why can't we? For instance - the fist post of a new account is automatically held while it is scanned and if it passes it is then posted. If the post is spam it is automatically held for manual review by the forum owner who can then delete. To me this is what Captcha should be focused on not puzzles. Jason
  13. Thank you Ryan! Solved. Appreciate it. Jason
  14. I must be blind I do not see such a setting there. Jason Ok I finally found it, but does it apply only to a user's first post or every post? I wans to hold only their first post. Jason
  15. Hello Marc and everyone, So my new forum has gotten hit by the spammers already. I also had this problem at my old forum, but I recall we were able to approve all first posts from new members and this squashed it, but I don't see that ability in the backend now. Is it not possible? I don't see such a setting or am I blind? Thanks for any help, Jason
  16. When I try to log into my test forum I now get this message. The CSRF protection key did not match. This may indicate a plugin or theme is out of date. Please contact technical support for more information. Jason Ok THANKS Charles seems to be working now. Jason
