  1. I'm having trouble doing this. Did you ever get a solution? @Alexandru
  2. Right, except I use two different email addresses, because I have an admin account and a user account. I gotta tell you, this is exhausting. Every monthly update, I cannot log in. Every.single. month. At this point, I have written down my login and pw and have it sitting on my desk, and every month, it tells me that is not my pw.
  3. Thanks, I know how to type my email address in.... I purposely left it off the screenshot for privacy reasons. So, there's no "reset password" option....because you don't like the way it looks? Customer convenience be damned? How are we supposed to reset our passwords.
  4. It's happening to me too. I was even able to get in a back door, and reset the password, so I was 1000% sure that it was the correct password. Still, it locked me out. Why isn't there an option to "reset password" on this screen?
  5. But I do have clubs set up, so I don't understand?
  6. Ok, so I have much of my stuff set up. I have my main page set up, and I added the components to it that I want members to see when they log in. My struggle-- The "clubs" component, I added it to the page. Behind the scenes, it says "shows a list of your clubs" and you can set the number. But how do I get it to take them to the /clubs page? As it is now, you have to click on a club, then go backwards to see the clubs. Here's a 20 second video, hopefully making it clearer: https://www.berrycast.com/conversations/cc174e8f-2277-5fa2-90b6-2a5cd386a575
  7. My host and adthrive both ran multiple scanners on it for malware and it came up clean. Of course, that's not what my readers/members want to hear.... that it's your device that is likely infected. But I had to do my due diligence and at least see if others had experienced this.
  8. My forums are privately hosted on a subdomain of my main website. Twice yesterday I had people email us and say that they were asked to enter credit card information. Both are insisting that my site was hacked. My forums are free and do not require a credit card. I told them this in an email response. I'm trying to figure out if they clicked on an ad that is malicious (in which case adthrive needs to investigate and remove it) of what exactly happened. Any advice you have is appreciated. Yes, I have already reached out to my host and adthrive. LL
  9. Ok, ticket submitted. Nevermind, my support ticket was bounced back. The user's address is ************
  10. I have users getting the error message: Sorry! Your account does not require validation. I have verified with them that they are not accessing the forums from a validation email. I've searched the forums, tried what is otherwise posted.
  11. I do have that set up, but not for this--but with my email list, and my email service provider. So that should not be an issue, I wouldn't think. This is just a subdomain, but still same domain.
  12. But I shouldn't need an smtp email service, if I chose php in settings, correct?
  13. But what if the log is empty...yet no one is getting the emails, including me.
  14. This is not intuitive to me at all, and I don't have the time nor the patience for it. I'm just going to pay someone to do this. Nobody is getting their confirmation emails, no one can log in.,..i've had to postpone launching this, again.
