Nice work. 
Can you add new features to improve display & the heavy load..
Show/Hide: 

• Score
• Time
• Name (including score and time)
• Server History

Graphics : 

• Custom time of server history (1 days to 30) 
• Custom color for the graphic.

Servers List:

• Improve discord slots. (some others app show a dynamic value, more than 100) + remove score tab when you are on a discord server.

Page:

• If a page was edited, adding the date & name of Editor
• Improve the display of existing listing page. 

Widgets:

• Add a visibility options for all wdigets. (mobile, tablets, desktop)
• Server Header widget: remove the ipsPad coverContent ?
• For servers summary widget, the color of text can't be see on default theme.

When you edit the discord link the Discord icon lost his color.

Some websites use their own link to invit to Discord server.

Like:
