As a final slap in the face, I couldn't even reply to the original ticket. The response box was there, but clicking the submit button did nothing. I am assuming they closed the ticket but their wack support system is unable to indicate this to me anywhere.
I had to create a duplicate ticket to follow up with them.
I love IPS and have been using the software since InvisionFree forums were a thing, but the current Support team and flow to get support is such a joke for the price we pay for this software.
