  3. Hi there everyone as the title suggests im looking for a chatbox since the marketplace is gone now its kind of difficult to find options.   5. I had same issue. SOLUTION: Make sure to ask your HOST if they use PHP or SMTP. The one I have has PHP disabled so that was my answer. Swapped to SMTP and entered the information given BY HOST website fixed emails! 🙂

I cannot begin to express my gratitude for Ahmed Zayed he helped me transfer from invision cloud to invision self hosted flawlessly and even helped fix a few things ive been needing to fix previously. Invision staff was unable to assist me because of it being the holidays so I reached out to Mr Ahmed Zayed and he took perfect care of me. I could not recommend his services enough worth every penny!! I will be using his services in the future no doubt!! ❤️
  7. Hello, Today is Day 5 of waiting. My subscription renewed the same day my site was DDos attack and disabled by invision. - Does this time get refunded or can my renewal date be switched to when the site is back online? The attack has long been over and the first time it’s ever happened to me and i’ve been on the platform for almost 4 years. - Can my website please be re-enabled since the attack is long over with? - Can I be emailed my backups so I can look into self hosting? I have EVEN applied to have my domain changed when back online so the url is hidden from whoever the attacker was. I don’t know what else to do my email tickets aren’t getting responded to….
  8. Thanks for the reply Jim. I do wish I had better news after waiting what could be 96 hours soon… I’ve been a customer for almost 4 years I just expected better response even if it’s holidays. I purchased a new domain to fix the current issue so that it would be easier on your end to in a sense flip it to the different domain and fix the overall issue. Hopefully can get this resolved soon and not wait until Jan 4th…. There has to be someone still working this week who can handle this issue right??😩😩😩

It really sucks currently waiting on support to change the domain name because the other was being DDos so I have no access to community at the moment almost 24 hours waiting for support hopefully can get it switched soon! I understand its holidays but hopefully reply soon.
  13. If changing domain name tied to invision community will it erase entire website or just simply change the domain name and keep website as it is? Also does anyone know how long this takes I have been waiting on a ticket just a little over 18 hours now for this request 😃
