Hello any plugin to manage notifications? Likes / emails

Hello, My forum has 155246 amount of registered users and 247.617 topics created. I assume it´s sending too many email notifications and this leads me to have the email server blacklisted. Are there any plugins or options that I am not aware that allow to limit the number of notifications that are sent? Thanks you for your answers.

Hola Sammys? Como estas? Limpiar la base de datos de correos que no existen, encontre uno pero solo funciona con apps externas. Plugins que incentiven a que los usuarios participen mas. Plugins que sirvan para SEO onpage. Un widget que contenga post con determinadas búsquedas. Ej buscar: viajes cancún y que liste todos los post que contengan ese titulo en el widget. Notificaciones en el navegador html5. Un plugin que le diga a los usuarios cuando ingresen que para seguir participando tienen que elegir un avatar. Y Cualquier otro plugin que recomiendes.
