  1. They are requesting to have a download of all their personal information stored. PII is Personally Identifiable Information. You can read more about this here
  2. Sorry, Im not sure what it is you are asking. You would change the dropdown according to the view you wish to see there, so Im assuming Im misunderstanding what you mean on this one?
  3. Double check you have added this line properly to the correct place, as if thats not working, there is probably something fundamentally wrong about what it is you're doing there. That essentially switches the check off entirely. Without access, unfortunately its hard to tell whats going on.
  4. The application was disabled within System>Applications. I have enabled that for you, so you should be good to continue with your pages
  5. Glad to hear you found it
  6. We would need more information on what you are seeing. Exactly what file are you seeing twice, and exactly what selector are you seeing twice?
  7. We don't have a definitive date at which we will stop support at present.
  8. have you run the upgrader?
  9. Please could you post any bugs in the bug tracker here? https://invisioncommunity.com/invision-community-5-bug-tracker/
  10. Yes, delete or approve are the only 2 options present. Items in the approval queue are essentially already hidden from view, but I get what you mean
  11. What some are doing is to hide items with CSS, then add your own elements
  12. Thanks. Have added a bug report for that
  13. You are responding on an old topic here. Could you please point out where this was reported, so I can chase up the issue?
  14. Im not sure what we can really suggest on that. Essentially, the page needs to be refreshed somehow. Of course, quitting the app will do that. There isn't any way around that I dont think, as its simply how PWA apps work. I'll tag developers anyway to see if there are any suggestions of course
  15. There is no built in way you would be able to change those. At present it would require customisation to your theme
  16. The current date would be retained
  17. I'm not honestly sure what the suggestion is here? You can set any product so they can renew early from the "Client area settings" tab already. If the payment fails, it already informs the customer and tells them a payment must be made manually, and you can set a grace period for payments on the pricing tab. The only thing it wont do is to attempt to take a card payment again after its failed once. If you go to Payments>Withdrawals, you can set up settings in which allow people to withdraw credit, based on rules you set
  18. Seen and replied to your other topic there
  19. EDIT: I've renamed this topic and hidden the other for you
  20. When a user clicks unsubscribe, it does exactly that. It stops sending email. When they do so, it Tells them what they have just done and the concequences of having done so Tells the, if they have done so by accident, to click to re-subscribe As a cloud provider, it is important we look after the integrity of our email services for our customers. As such, if someone unsubscribes from a mail service, we have to respect that wish This is actually one of the reasons you cant do it yourself there. We would not want you to mass re-subscribe a bulk of people who have unsubscribed based on an assumption. That action can end up with emails being rejected by email providers, and actually cause less emails to be received, rather than more. This is incorrect. Users cannot unsubscribe from transactional emails. They can only unsubscribe to broadcast emails. So if the user does something which needs to actively send them an email to confirm, it will be sent (password reset, registering etc). However if you send a bulk mail, or mail is sent out for followed items to all users who follow something etc, then they will not get those, as they have unsubscribed from broadcasted emails from the site. That's not to say that asking for the user to be able to re-subscribe isn't a valid feedback item. I just wanted to correct some assumptions there.
  21. We passed each other on the way back :D I created one for you
  22. I personally think it should be replaced with an image of a fossil
  23. Please give it a few minutes, then check the upgrade page again at /admin/upgrade . If its still then an issue, let us know
  24. Got to System>Settings>Login & Registration, then select to edit your login method. You can change it from there
