Same here, although I never had a problem playing WoW with the touchpad. I stopped playing around level 55 or so though. :lol:

I'd report this as a bug, but I'm sure the current design is intentional, I just want to discuss it and see what others think. When you go into your personal conversations page either through clicking the 'read' button in the new message notification at the top of the page, or by clicking the link in your member dropdown, the focus is automatically set to the posting textarea. I can see why this is done, so that you can just start writing, but a side effect of this is that the navigation keys on your keyboard (Home, End, Page Up, Page Down) no longer will scroll the page; you have to click outside of the textarea to be able to use those again. I've been caught by this more than once, and it's a little annoying. Is it just something we'll have to get used to?

@3DKiwi Yes, there is a link for it there at the top of the search results, that same link is also there on the IPB Classic Blue skin on the search results page. But both of those skins also have that link on the board index in the same place others have said: right above the Board Statistics section near the bottom of the page.

It's how query strings work. Does it actually matter what the URL looks like? Does that impact anything, really?

I like them as they are now, they look like buttons, which makes sense to me since the whole button area is actually a link.

IP.Board 3's applications installer takes this into consideration, and will prompt you to either drop and recreate those tables or skip that step.

Since it is a test site you're talking about it shouldn't matter too much, but just be sure to check on the size of the contents of that folder every so often. If lots of emails are going to be saved in there, it might get pretty large.

Exactly. No one should presume to make any guesses about what the majority of IPS's customers want. A couple people supporting a topic like this, even a half dozen similar topics, doesn't mean that it's a feature most people want. IPS has said most of their clients don't install any mods at all, wouldn't that by itself mean most people don't actually need this feature? Don't get me wrong, this is actually something that comes up pretty regularly, so obviously there is a fairly significant base of folks out there who'd want this. I just think it's silly to use the opinions of a handful of people who responded to a topic as an indication that the majority of the client base wants that feature added.

You don't actually know that.

Please, oh please add this. I ignore users for a reason, I don't want to see them at all.
