Does Mail Bouncer work with PHP mail and SMTP mail or only with SparkPost mail?

My community does not receive new members since Wednesday. I guess it is related to Bouncer. I mean, valid members. People register, but does not validade the account by email. I used to have more than 20 new valid users per day.

The number of the page in databases in Pages is not applied to the title. Google complains on Webmaster Tools of duplicated title related to this. Please, add page number in the title of paginated pages in Pages.

Same thing here, as many others. Please @Lindy, adjust the database converter script for IPS 4 clients that missed the conversion from IPS 3.4 to IPS 4. I had no idea that the database collation was needed for emojis, and I guess I was not the only one. Thanks!!!

Same problem here. It's abusive. Please @stoo2000, upgrade the Mandrill Bouncer to work with other companies or to work even with our own server smtp.

I guess there is a difference between subscribers and mails sent. I don't want to use the subscribers feature of Mail Chimp, just the unlimited emails of Mandrill. Actually, I will have zero subscribers. But more than 100.000 IPS members to send email to. Is my idea correct? Or will I have to pay for 100.000 subscribers to send email to each one with mandrill and not use the Mail Chimp newsletter feature?

And the 20 bucks per month plan is ok? I don't need to use Mail Chimp for subscribers, I just need to send email through IPB. Is that correct?

So the Mandrill Bouncer will work just fine with the recent announcement?
