Some other ideas about the issue??? The only notification that doesn’t work is about manual account confirmation… 😰

@Jim M thank you. i will check. Anyway system notifications work well so I think our mail provider is ok. Does admin email Sender different than system email sender?

Many thanks @teraßyte I have chosen the Administrator validation option and I followed all the steps you mentioned but the user doesn’t receive any mail. Do you have some ideas about this issue? Others emails seems work well 🥹

Hi, I noticed that by setting the user registration to the condition that the Administrator has to confirm the registration manually, the user does not receive the email notification in which he is notified that the Administrator has confirmed his registration. How should be done to make the user receive the confirmation of his validated registration? Thank you all for your help 😄

Thank you everybody, we fixed the issue. We have uploaded the right folder from client are and all seems work well! The only thing we have to change are the themes and images
