How can I apply cron jobs to remove this message. It's really frustrating.

How do I get rid of this message? It wont go away.

There is no relevant xml from what I can see to use to upload the entire plugin. There is only a php file in the root. These are the only xmls, no tar found:

I see. It wont allow to upload zips either, even though thats how plugins are sold? How am I supposed to find the xml files if when you purhcase plugins you are only given zips?

I cant seem to find that section anywhere and when trying to use search, it does nothing... I just deleted some Widget extension thing and it seems to have cleared the issue. However, I do see warnings all over... I have another plugin called Members Country and it showing flags; I would like to keep it but it wont allow me to update > goes to dead link.

Menus across my forum has stopped working after I just renewed the license; quite frustrating since things were working before I upgraded everything. Dropdowns only show # in URL but nothing happens. PHP version is at 8.0. What is going on. Attaching screenshot for reference.

When I hit the link for Update it goes in circles; and Im unable to find the update anywhere. Any help?

The host confirmed the permissions - they are all checked. And I edited the conf_global.php too with the new database details. When I run /admin - it shows fatal error:
