Let say, you are running an IPB and have more than one admin who gained access to ACP. And most of the time, you have no idea or unaware of the situation that some admins created new forum or modified some of the forums that you the #1 root admin created.

If you want to control that, then this mod is helping you to protect that. It will rerquire other admins or anyone who has ACP access, to enter the password, which you created, first in order for them to create or modify.
