In December, I added JS to Theme --> Custom theme by Ehren --> Header and Footer --> Footer HTML. Yesterday I updated the site to 4.7.15. Then, I updated 5 themes I have by Ehren. All five themes had the JS removed from the Footer HTML field.

So I just updated my site to 4.7.15 and updated my themes, all from @Ehren. The default IPS theme was maintained, but the other themes had the code deleted. Is that expected? Thanks

I use several of the stock apps provided by @Adriano Faria. He has also done some custom work for me. All the apps I use make my site better. His custom work has made managing my sites much easier, and it was always done correctly the first time. I highly recommend this provider.

Thanks, there are about 12k members in the database, I want to update select members from group x to group y, not all members of group x.

I want to move a couple thousand users to a new member group. I understand IPS does not advocate editing things directly in the database, but it would save me many hours of editing individual records in the ACP. Can I edit member_group_id directly?

Thank you, @opentype and @Daniel F. This was the issue, although I am not sure I solved the problem. I initially followed the instructions in the ACP: API restrictions Choose Restrict key and.. I edited the keys to make them unrestricted and the maps showed immediately.

I am trying to type in a location for an event and as soon as I do, I get this error. I'm not sure if this is tied to Google Maps, but I am able to embed a Google Maps, so that is set up correctly.

I have looked around and tried to disable anything related to guests. Permissions seem to be in many locations. The one that seems to be lingering is https://www.MySite.com/discover/.

Hi, On one of my site, we want it to be 100% private. I visited the site on my phone, not logged in, and there is a link for Unread at the bottom. When I click that, it goes to All Activity and shows recent member activity. The same happens on my desktop, using the All Activity link that still displays. How do I make the site 100% private? Is it possible to get a download of a file? I know IPS took the stance that apps could only be installed / updated through the Marketplace and not downloaded. I have an app from a developer who has not been around since May 2023. He seems to have abandoned his site, so there is no easy way to get the app updated. Would IPS be willing to provide downloads of apps we purchased in cases like this so we can hire another developer to update them? Thank you

My renewal is due in about a month. What are my options for delaying? My sites are hobby sites and make nearly nothing, so I pay out of pocket for them. I have three sites, so six hundred dollars is a bit much to swallow. I know I don't get updates, support, or spam service if I delay. Let's say I'm due to pay 199 on Feb 19, and I delay until May 1. Do I still pay 199 on May 1? Thanks

Drag and drop would be perfect. I'll post that in the suggestions. I have looked around for Sort, where is that? I looked at the default fields, and created a new field and do not see sort.

I have a database that has a few categories. How do I organize the records in each category? It seems to be a first-entered, first-displayed setup.
