Im also not seeing this issue. Which browser are you using? Also are you using a default theme with no 3rd party items and ads switched on, and no external caching?

I send video before and was new theme - IPS default - no external caching

I use Win 11 Pro - Enterprise

Firefox - Edge - Chrome = same problem

User can - Guests can not

When guests change theme - get this link and back to default theme

The first thing I notice on there is the ads. Please could you disable those entirely temporarily while I test?

You have items pop up as soon as you visit the site, which is what Im referring to

I have slider and my issues was before slider - and much before -

my test site has no slider and you can test - same problem

Disabled all apps - made new Theme

My main site was upgrade from 4.7 to V5

my test site - new V5

Same problem - both sites

I see what he means the guest cannot change the them even if it is checked it stays on the default theme chosen for the site I have the same issue.

Same issue on my Main site (5.0.3) and on my test site (5.0.4 beta 1)

It has been like that since 5.0.0

Now is we 5.0.4 Beta 2 and still no fix - not fine from IPS - but life is life 😀🎉

Some another check - install beta 2 - no fix

I can't reproduce, but I can see the issue on your site but I don't know why. Can you check the FTP/ACP details in your client area so I can take a look please?
