Page Tag + Post a topic to the specific forum each time a new record is added

We are talking about the Tag page and its display (yes again 😇)

What about database records that have the “create a topic on the forum” option activated.

Here is how this scenario appears in the tags that are linked to these records.

First, there is a problem with the preview photos. Why is his photo registered in the database but not the subject on the forum? (a cover photo and a photo in the main content is present each time).

Secondly, there is a problem with the content display logic. Why in this scenario (create a topic option activated) we see the 2 types of content. Ok these are 2 different types of content, it's "normal" that it appears like that. However, it is not very user friendly, displaying only the "main/original" content would be welcome.
