Beta v4 User location is not updating

On the "/online/" page, the Online Members section does not update the user location (what the user is viewing). Even after 25 minutes, the location remains unchanged.

I don't know if this is related to the cache, but after clearing the system cache and browser cache, it is now updating.

Are you then still having the issue after you cleared? By this, I mean is it then now updating again?

Yes, it is. Does that mean it is a cache issue?
