[B4 Pages] Table cms_url_store has URLs to deleted pages/folders

How I discoverd this. I tried to delete an empty folder in Pages. But I can't delete this folder because of the following error.

3T260/1     Database pages cannot be deleted. 

First it is a folder and not a page. The folder is empty. There has never been a page with the same name with a database in it. I tried to figure out where I can find the data where this is perhaps set. But I haven't found anything. But I found the table in the topic which contains a lot of URLs to pages which don't exist.

This is also true for the latest version of v4. I have a lot of empty entries for store_path and entries to pages which are long gone. Empty caches doesn't clear this table of outdated URLs.
