The rebuild topic content function aims to fix the post content by using the new "format" in the downloads/front/submit/topic template.

Try posting a new file, you will find its topic is not formatted.

By the way, this job used to work in Beta1, but starting with Beta2 it no longer works.

As for the files that were published before the update, you will find that their topics do not change when using the content rebuild tool
