Posted April 3Apr 3 Hello,I think the issue is related to the server. I'm experiencing the same problem in both V4 and V5. There might be a missing, incorrect, or extra component on my server.The graph in the image is from my server, and the spikes in the graph correspond to the times when I installed the application yesterday. I usually encounter a 503 server error when installing the application.For example, when I make a change in the theme and try to save it, I often get a 503 server error.My PHP version is up to date, but does anyone know how I can fix this issue on my server?I have a dedicated server and I'm using Plesk panel.
April 3Apr 3 Community Expert More details are needed to have an idea as to what's causing that. Can you check the server error log for any messages logged in there most recently pertaining to this?The error log file can be found at :/var/www/vhosts/system/yoursite.com/logs/error_log
