Posted March 19Mar 19 I do have an issue with reactions. I had 1 custom reaction using the builder in the theme. But now all posts have this error message and the back end has this error.

March 20Mar 20 Community Expert It's basically breaking our whole site so i reverted.For future reference, whenever you run into issues, it would be best imo to check the server error log too and disable all third party stuff to either rule them out as being the culprit or identifying one of them as causing the issue.

April 1Apr 1 I had the Reactions image hosting setting to AWS as opposed to Invision Community in the Cloud for some reason. When I reverted it back to Invision Community in the Cloud it seemed to fix itself. Glad to see that the issue has been resolved. What was the solution, if I may ask?
