Posted February 23Feb 23 Hello first of all thnx for the very nice software package now for the problem that i am having i installed version 4.7.20 and imported my xenforo site (members , posts ,topics forums)that wnet great minor a few hickups but when i want to install the upgrade to v5 everything is gone and the converter fails to import does the converter needs to be installed for always including the old xenforo site and database , or am i missing a step many thanks in advance

March 10Mar 10 Author I installed the software V4 and used the converters to import everything So in that stage I have a working system What I did then was copied the zip file containing the V5 and selected upgrade After that everything was gone
