Are you upgrading the existing community converted to Invision Community or are converting again on version 5? The converters aren’t available yet for version 5

I installed the software V4 and used the converters to import everything

So in that stage I have a working system

What I did then was copied the zip file containing the V5 and selected upgrade

After that everything was gone

Have you checked everything at the v4 stage and allowed everything to fully rebuild in the background tasks? That part is likely to be important to complete before upgrading to v5

Where did you copy the Ipb 5 files and how was everything gone?

Have a look at the below guide on how to do a proper upgrade:

Is it normal to get a lot of "No such file or directory" errors in FileZilla when doing a manual upgrade to v5?

Yes, this is normal. FileZilla first tries to move into the directory and if it doesn't exist, automatically creates it, then tries to move into it again.
