I have a lot of reluctance to embark on a migration of my community from V4 to V5

My current Invision platform dates back to 2016 and has been scrupulously updated to the current version 4.7.20

But with a certain number of structuring customizations for my audience.

For this reason, I would like to know until when versions 4.x.y will be supported and maintained

I think that for the foreseeable future Ipb 4.7. will still be supported and maintained.

We have no set date in place for removal of v4 support at present. In fact the last version even added features.

Im not sure I understand your statement there. If you are asking us to state it wont be before x date, thats not something we are likely to do yet, as we dont have a date, as mentioned above. Even when we do, the problem with saying "Not before x date" is people immediately treat x as 'the' date. This is the very reason we also dont do roadmaps
