Hello, when i try to open a topic it lead me to 500 error page.

Is this a bug ?

When i try to access a page in private navigation it load correctly,

I removsed cookies but when i am logged in it show me the error again

DOnt know if you are on the website, now it dont load at all, it show error 500 for main domain..

That type of error i salmost always server related. For future reference, it would help if you checked your server error log page as it might contain detailed info as to what's causing it.

That said, are you using a php version that meets the requirements for Ipb 5?

You can remove any sensitive data from the error messages and post only the relevant part. Anyways, if you started a ticket I think that you will be helped there further. My post about the server error log was as a future reference for whenever you will run into that kind of error again. Looking the messages in the server error log will help in pointing you in the right direction as to what's causing the issues.

As the error says, the aforementioned table doesn't exist in the database.

It's the same permission issue explained to you by @Marc at your other topic.

I'm working on this now but some important information, maybe they're useful to others finding this topic:D

  1. IPS4 translations are not compatible with IC5! That's a really important point. You've run into the same issue as here with your France translation.

  2. IPS4 themes are not compatible

  3. It seems that you haven't uploaded all files, correctly, but unfortunately I'm not able to connect to the SFTP server we have on file. If you restrict access to your server by IP, please whitelist 144.202.11.32

    I add a security exception for you ip address, help you'll be able to connect.

    Please use sFTP not FTP port 22

    I have resolved most of your issues, but you'll need to review your ACP, some translatable sections & items like forums, groups, emoji categories,.. could be missing the titles because you never created the English translation for these.

    Have you imported any DB backups from v4 after the upgrade to v5?
    Were there any errors while the upgrade to IC 5? I'm asking because it seems that some upgrade steps were just skipped.

    Hello, thanks a lot for the support.

    No, i didnt import any data from old DB.

    The upgrade process was straighfull, no problem, only from time other some sql updates to do (choosed automatic).

    Images still not showing on sidebar for ex.

    I removed french lang i think its coming from this.

    I use english in back/fron ends, but still some popup inj backend dont load textx :

    Are you looking at old logs? Yesterday, Daniel said he had fixed these issues for you.

    how i can know if its from yesterday ? there is no date in this log page! (if i can erase all then i will be able to confirm if its new)

    Nope! i removed all langages i'd and use english only

    You would click to see system logs to view all the system logs. I suspect they are indeed from prior to Daniel resolving this
