in version 4.7.19 at the Statistics section > Clubs Activity > Activity By Club tab, there’s this error

In addition to that the All Club Activity shows the wrong topics numbers, it shows numbers of thousands of topics while the true numbers are a few dozens

It’s been like this for a few month now

Can you recall if there were any changes done to the forum prior to this happening? Usually if an error like this happens, something triggers it. Short of it being a bug, it doesn’t just happen out of nowhere.

Nothing major that i can think of , just the typical light maintenance of custom themes and some version updates of some common paid apps, i don’t have the knowledge for anything beyond that

Did you also disable the custom apps as well? If the error still happens even with all third party stuff disabled, then they can be ruled out as the culprit imo.

Can you try something? Can you overwrite the entire Charts folders with that from the 4.7.19 package and see if it will help? Maybe it’s a case of a file corruption. The location I meant is this one: /IPB/system/Helpers/Chart/
