Invision Community 4: SEO, prepare for v5 and dormant account notifications By Matt Monday at 02:04 PM
Jim M Posted October 30 Posted October 30 You are missing the following folder which is generating all the theme CSS/JS issues. You will want to bring it over from your backup: /uploads/css_built_3/ Your server is also misconfigured as when I turn HTTPS on, it is getting a 404 for everything. HTTPS and HTTP should be pointed to the same directory.
mcx61 Posted October 30 Author Posted October 30 yeah correct I disabled the https redirects as per requested. Will turn that on. Ill see where that folder is

Rewriting a redirect is what is also causing an issue. 3 minutes ago, Jim M said: You are missing the following folder which is generating all the theme CSS/JS issues. mcx61 Posted October 30 Author Posted October 30 If I am not mistaken SSL is enabled with a symbolic link from private_html to public_html - allows for same data in http and https. And I disabled the Force SSL with https redirect. Uploaded the files. They look weird name wise is that normal? Quess so
Jim M Posted October 30 Posted October 30 So the ACP is working fine now but that theme is not working as clearing cache seems to kill the files. Does the theme still exist or is it custom?
mcx61 Posted October 30 Author Posted October 30 (edited) I think its a custom one. Would be fine with updating it. Think its mostly own set colors? And thanks for the ACP that seems a whole lot better indeed Edited October 30 by mcx61
Jim M Posted October 30 Posted October 30 You also want to clear CloudFlare as it is caching the page. or any other server caching you're using mcx61 1
mcx61 Posted October 30 Author Posted October 30 Oke I haven't noticed that. Ill contact the owner of the domain to clear that

To be blunt, we recommend following our requests and ensuring that you do not jump around to different things. This will render a much smoother and efficient support experience. Jimi Wikman 1
mcx61 Posted October 30 Author Posted October 30 I didn't switched stuff arround once someone reacted here. The thing that makes this messy is apperently the HTTPS redirect that gets blocked by the htacces files. Weve been running the same server since 15:00 ish. But I tried everything before that to sort this out.
