Please how and where i can change to 24 time format 

use IPS 4.7.18 

Server use iN PHP.ini - 

date.timezone = "Europe/Stockholm"

But what i must do - before  - my old IPS had no problem with my 24 hour format

Please help - we no user 12 hour format and for me is problem - what customation? Can IPS made some patch for my fix - maybe more need same problem.

@bosss go into your languages and ensure that the locale is set correctly.

Default for a language is "English (United States)"
