known issue Push notifications no longer working?

well I just got notification from google chrome, its just not consistent

was this fix on this version > Invision Community 4.7.19 ?

It is still showing open, however another issue was resolved that I believe may have been the cause of this one. Please let us know if you still se the problem arising
