I'm trying to install Pages but getting an error message before it completes...

 

Seems like you had the Pages application installed before and it wasn't removed correctly. 🤔

I think you'll need to delete manually any tables with the cms_ prefix in your database. Then try installing again the application.

 

Always make a backup before deleting any tables, though.

1. If you're hosted on CIC/Cloud, IPS can do it for you.
2. If you're self-hosted, try asking your hosting if they can help.
3. If your hosting can't help, you can hire a 3rd party Provider to help you.

 

It's a simple thing. As long as you know what you're doing, though. 🙂
