Posted May 27, 2024May 27 Hello. I'm having trouble with the "Forgot your password?" link in the login form. When a user enters their email and clicks Recover Password, it doesn't do anything. I tried opening it in a new window without any luck. I reset the theme to the generic theme and tried disabling all customizations, but I'm getting the same result. I recently moved my file uploads to S3, if that makes any difference. https://www.scrollsawvillage.com/lostpassword/ Thank you for your assistance.
May 27, 2024May 27 Author No....not really. The ones that are there seem to be referring to an original upload. I tried the password recovery several times today and it's not showing. I had a member do the same thing earlier today, but I don't see anything in that regard.
May 28, 2024May 28 Is it a complete blank page you are getting? If so, please check your server error log, as its likely the issue is being logged there
May 28, 2024May 28 Always look at the big picture... That states "This site key is not enabled for the invisible captcha." - your captcha isn't working on that page.

May 28, 2024May 28 Author Ha! Nice catch! I would have never seen that. I set it to the normal Capcha and that did the trick. Thanks all, and @Nathan Explosion for his eagle eyes. 👀
