Posted July 10, 20231 yr Hi, Just went to download a new app and for some reason it believes we do not have an active licence which isn't the case. Error message below: When you click this it shows it is active until 1st August 2023 so can you please fix this so I can install then new application I'm looking to use please? Many Thanks
July 10, 20231 yr This should be resolved now. If you are still seeing an error, please go to your Admin CP > License Key and click Resync License Data.
