Posted April 18, 20232 yr After updating to v4.7.9, we're unable to view any user profile. This is the error we receive: I disabled all plugins and apps but it had no effect.

April 18, 20232 yr Community Expert Solution You may wish to review your system log with a lot of different errors (50.76 GB worth) in there. As you're using ElasticSearch, I would suggest checking to ensure your connection there is fine and rebuilding the search index to see if this helps resolve the issue.
April 18, 20232 yr Or do you really need Elasticsearch? Try turning it off awhile and see if it fixes the problem.

It seems our ElasticSearch was inactive and after enabling it, the issue has been resolved. Thank you Jim!
