SeNioR- Posted January 16, 2023 Posted January 16, 2023 (edited) The editor displays buttons for each screen resolution. When editing a thread on a desktop, we see a limited number of buttons for mobile devices. The editor has a lot of free space on the toolbar, it should be filled to the maximum. teraßyte Posted January 16, 2023 Posted January 16, 2023 While IPS can (and should) make more buttons available by default you can change which ones appear there by editing them in ACP > Customization > EDITOR > Toolbars > Medium TAB. Just drag & drop the ones you want/need. And have a look also at the Small TAB too just in case.
SeNioR- Posted January 16, 2023 Author Posted January 16, 2023 (edited) @teraßyte I know that but then on a real mobile device there are too many buttons and they start to be on two lines. If we are on a desktop, the buttons should correspond to those set in ACP. In this case, the buttons set for the mobile device are displayed on the desktop when editing. I think that's understandable? 🙂 Edited January 16, 2023 by SeNioR-
teraßyte Posted January 16, 2023 Posted January 16, 2023 The buttons are displayed based on the width available. When editing a post the editor's width is smaller compared to the one at the bottom of the page to post a new reply and it ends up using the buttons setup for the Medium size.
