As an unrestricted Admin, not sure why we get this error page when selecting either of the indicated links

Are you also a moderator?  Admin is permissions in the ACP. Moderators are on the front end. (Add admin group as moderators if you have not already.)

I would check what Randy mentioned, in addition, ensure that you have not disabled access to this module in ACP -> System -> Applications -> expand system.

Yes, in both groups

Apologies, it isn't clear what you mean by that. Can you please clarify?

Yes, you asked if we had disabled access the to module .. the answer is Admins and Mods have full access ... nothing for those groups has been disabled.

Please could you provide an example page, and the username of someone who is not seeing this? I can then take a look for you to see what is happening

So far , of those I've contacted who have access to ModCP , all get the same message

Consequently I have no example of someone not seeing this error.

Its quite possible that the error is because we have the warning system turned off ... but the error seemed to be permission based rather than "no data" which is what caught our eye.

You do have moderators who can see the moderator CP who may not be able to see set areas as they are restricted, so please provide at least 1 username

Sorry, have ton of real life issues to deal with right now ... can we put this on hold until I can canvass the appropriate staff and check each and every permission ?
