Hi Invision,

Our site went down 2 days ago.

I'm unable to log in to the site or access ACP. I'm hoping it's not something that I fear.

Are these handled via emails now, as I can't find any ticket system to keep up to date with?

Everything is now fixed, thanks to a friend who was able to correct the issue.

Wiping the DATA folder on the server and changing the guest output cache settings once we were able to log in to ACP.

Hi @CP_User,
