Posted October 13, 20222 yr Fatal error: Cannot declare class IPS\autowelcome_hook_validatehook, because the name is already in use in /customers/5/c/0/malware-experts.com/httpd.www/init.php(927) : eval()'d code on line 8 I can not enter ACP... what can i do ?
October 13, 20222 yr Community Expert You need to disable the "Auto Welcome" application you have installed there. If you cannot get into the ACP, you would need to use recovery mode in order to do this. You can read instructions on recovery mode use here https://invisioncommunity.com/4guides/client-services/getting-support-r292/#recoverymode

October 13, 20222 yr Author Make sure you’re using the latest version of the plugin. Just tested on my 4.7.3 board and it’s working as expected. Can you tell me which plug-in it is ? my board is error again
October 13, 20222 yr Have to disable it right or is there a new version Try uninstalling it. If it fixes your problem you know it was the problem. You can then try reinstalling it to see if it remains fixed.
